The 3 Different Ways To Message Us
You can message our support team in 3 ways:
- From A Conversation With The AI Assistant
- From The Chatbox's Homepage
- By Sending Us An Email
How To Message Us Via Each Of The 3 Ways
1) From A Conversation With The AI Assistant
When you're in the middle of messaging with the AI Assistant as seen in this example:
Just click the 3 dots in the top right-hand and then click "Handoff to human support agent". For example:
Then put in your name and email (so we know who to email) and click "Submit". For example:
Finally, be as detailed as you can be when asking your question and/or explaining the roadblock you're facing (the reason being that way we can hopefully completely answer your question in our first response without the need to have lots of back-and-forth messages). For example:
When we respond to your message, you will receive an email notification to the email your provided earlier.
The email notification will contain our response.
From there, if you want to respond you can either reply to that email OR (if you also want to see the message history) go back to support.digitallandlords.com, open the chatbox, and click "Send us a message". For example:
Then click the specific message you're following up on. For example:
Then you will see the message history and you can send another message. For example:
*NOTE: Whenever you go to use the chatbox, always do it in a non-incognito window. If you ever go to review your message history, be sure to use the same browser you originally sent it in.
2) From The Chatbox's Homepage
Click into the chatbox (you can find the chatbox in the bottom left-hand side over at support.digitallandlords.com and also community.digitallandlords.com.) For example:
Then click the "Send us a message" button. For example:
Then click, "Start New Conversation". For example:
If needed, provide your name and email as explained in From A Conversation With The AI Assistant.
When sending the message, getting notified of a response form our Support Team, replying to our response, or when viewing message history, it will the be the same process as explained in the From A Conversation With The AI Assistant section.
*NOTE: Whenever you go to use the chatbox, always do it in a non-incognito window. If you ever go to review your message history, be sure to use the same browser you originally sent it in.
3) By Sending Us An Email
The third way to send our Support Team a message is to simply email [email protected].
When we respond, you will receive an email notification with our response.
You can reply to our response by just replying to that email notification in the same way you would normally to any other email.
